Ice Queen Inspired Dress

This Ice Queen dress is an intricate mix of hand cut and machine stitched vinyl combined with rhinestones, a sequin bodice, illusion neckline, faux detachable capelet, and soft bridal-quality tulle sleeves and neckline. 

The bodice details include hand-drawn, cut, placed, and then machine stitched details, accented with rhinestones after I painstakingly measure, place, and ensure symmetry of each piece. 

Simple petticoat built in (tulle and cotton) and is intended to peek out of the sequin layer to provide a pop of purple color. 

Button back closure - 3-5 gem buttons depending on sizing.
