Shipping:
Processing time: The processing time of each item varies, but in general, the turn around time is up to 30 -45 business days (approx 1-2 months). I am not currently offering rush order options.

After your order has been processed, and placed in the mail, estimated delivery times are:
Standard - 4 - 10 business days
Priority - 3 - 6 business days
Express - 1 - 2 business days
Priority and Express shipping will incur an additional shipping charge. We can only go by the shipping estimates given to us by USPS. This does not guarantee an arrival time - high volume mail seasons, holidays, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable circumstances can affect the postal service's delivery times. We are not responsible for orders placed too close to need-by dates which do not arrive in time. We really try to get rush orders out as fast as we can. If you are ordering on a mobile device, we have to set up a custom listing for priority and express mail.

Returns and exchanges:
Due to the nature of made to order clothing items, we are not currently accepting returns. We stress the importance of measuring your child before purchasing in order to ensure a decent and consistent fit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchase and we allow a return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You will have 15 business days from delivery to contact us and must ship the item back in the same condition it was received in within 30 days. If there is any damage to the item(s) upon receipt, buyer is responsible for any and all damages.
Should the item arrive in less than perfect condition through the fault of the shop (for example, incorrect length for the size ordered) we are more than happy to alter or exchange the outfit for something of equal value. We cannot substitute for something with a greater value unless the difference is paid. For exchanges and alterations, a return label will be provided and no further shipping costs would be incurred at the buyer's expense. You will have 15 business days from date of delivery to contact us, and must ship within 3 business days of receiving your return label.
Customs policy: no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be allowed for any custom items made. No exceptions.
Customs include: items made with fabric provided by customer, alterations made to standard patterns to accommodate length or chest measurements, custom fabric chosen by customer and purchased by the shop, items made with added notions such as lace, buttons, ruffles, or other details not originally attributed to the item(s) purchased.
Please note that no item sold by Roar and Rose is intended to be worn as sleepwear or without the supervision of an adult. Buttons, straps, and decorative notions can be dangerous in the hands of an infant or toddler. Roar and Rose follows strict guild lines for compliance in safety standards for children's clothing.
Privacy Policy:
Any information gathered at checkout is used for the sole purpose of providing the goods purchased. Your card information is not released to the shop at any point, and any personal information given to the shop (address, name, email, etc) are used for shipment and contact from the shop only. Your information is not released, sold, or stored.
